Small vibration primarily under load.

It almost feels its coming from the rear wheels, like a tire is out of balance. I just had them rotated, so I doubt it's that. The rate of vibration is relative to the rate of speed. Not necessarily more aggressive. Don't really feel it while coasting at highway speeds but when I give it throttle, I comes back. At around 35MPH, it can be felt no matter if there's throttle or not. I noticed it after merging on to the interstate under about 45% load. (I'm currently running the Spartan 275EL).

Anything I should check?

08 F250 6.4 CCSB
Spartan 275EL
AFE Stage 2
MBRP 4" DP Back
DPF & EGR Delete
6" Pro Comp
20x12" Fuel Hostage
35x13.50" M/T Baja ATZ

Just had same problem. Long story short check your U-Joints, it will cause a small vibration at certain rpm or speed. Hope this helps.
