Slight Hesitation

Hey guys been lurking for awhile and finally have a problem that needs some diagnosis. I have a 2010 6.4. Within the last week or so I've had a slight hesitation or jerking from the front end. It happens right when I'm almost coming to a complete stop and after I barely start going from a dead stop. I am not sure what the deal is. Thanks for all your help. The truck is bare bones stock with 111,000 miles.

Jerking to one side? Front to back? Does it feel like the motor jerking , Tranny, Brakes ,Do Rpms drop when this happens? Any lights on?

Sorry, I should've been a bit more descriptive. The jerk is front to back. It feels like it could be the tranny or possibly the motor. No RPM change and no lights. but since i notice it, its all I think about when i stop and take off. Its annoying to say the least. I really hope its not the tranny going. lol

Id do a thorough look over the suspension. Balljoints, track bar, trailing arms, driveshaft, u joints, up and down play in pinion gear, see if axle u-bolts slid/broke dowel, shocks, leaf shackles, etc..... could be the slip yoke, or a dozen other things :p

I'd add check tranny fluid to see if it smells burnt or is black or you may have low fluid
