high pitch squeal under load

OK so I have a very high pitch squeal when ever I hit 20+ psi of boost. Its an 08 f350 6.4 has dpf delete spartan turner s&b cold air 5" exhaust it seems to start when the engine gets warmer it is very loud almost ear piercing it seems to me like its coming from one of the turbos but not a 100% I'm new to the forum and as soon as I can figure out how to upload a video I will any and all help is very appreciated

Up pipe is cracked.


2008 F450 w/Century 311. DPF/EGR delete. Spartan tuned.
2003 Grand Marquis..some mods...

^^ that very well may be the problem. Or it could be a broken exhaust manifold bolt...

08 F350 cc/sb 4X4
h&s minimaxx, 5" flo pro, 4" down pipe, no limit cold air intake, dirty diesel EGR delete with intake elbow, 6.0 exhaust manifolds, custom up pipes, ported intake manifold, Apex 71mm LP turbo, Rudy's cold side pipe, diesel site coolant and transmission filter, diesel site intercooler boots, ccv mod, bilstein shocks, gogo dd solenoid, HID lights, Airdog II 165, PMF traction bars, PMF drag link, moshimoto aluminum radiator
