Getting a UO100 code

What is this code and is there anyway I can get rid of it? Truck runs fine up until 75mph then it some times revs down to 70mph. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks-
Damian

u 0100 = lost communication with ECM/PCM A according to my A/E software

sounds like it wouldn't run if that was the case ?

Instead when I get up to 75mph or over that it automatically goes down to 70mph, and it's idling kind of rough

fuel rail pressure low is the 192 and if i had to guess it the reduced power

the other code 0100 is a system readiness like if you would have cleared the PCM memory

I have see the this code hang out for a while

did u do anything lately ?
