Blower motor and left turn signal?

For the last week i have had a problem with my a/c blower motor. It will go from low to high by itself. I have searched the forum and thought it was the resistor. I bought a new resistor and before i could change it the blower will not run on any setting. Through the forum i have learned that if the resistor goes bad the blower will only run on high but it will run. It does nothing now. Also my left turn signal blinks fast and the rear bulb does not blink. The filiments in the bulb are lit with the headlights on but the same filiments will not pulse with the turn signal on. Are these related to some type of controller. 2010 F250 FX4 with a Hypertech programmer.

the brake/signal circuit utilizes a different/brighter filament than the running light, so you probably just have a burnt out bulb.

not sure what's up with the AC blower motor

Update,,,, i changed the left turn signal buld and it is working now. The filiment must have been touching off and on. All the way into work this morning the blower did not run. Yesterday on the way home it came on for the drive home after a few miles. It would only run on high. No other setting made a difference, just on high. HELP!!
