Spongy Brakes after cruise control pressure switch change

My issue started out that I lost cruise control on my 2008 F250 CCSB. Looked and sure enough had a DTC(P0703 BRAKE SWITCH B ). Easy enough right ? Went to dealer and purchased the new switch (SW-6349(9F924)) and cruise works just like it should but now I have a new issue brakes are WAY spongy. No fluid was lost, not even a drop, when changing the out the bad switch.

Any ideas ? These spongy brakes are driving me CRAZY !!!!! Could air have migrated into the system ? Do you think bleeding will fix the problem ? Bleed all four lines or just the front or rear ?
