Oil can symbol

Noticed today that when I started my truck that shortly after I'm getting an oil can symbol next to the miles in the little display. Only there for a few seconds. Check oil level and that's fine. Did system check passed that and after I changed tune from 250 to 275 (spartan) I have only seen it once. Given I have started truck 4-5 time since. What do I need to check for etc? Oil pressure sensor going out?

Couldn't get it to do it just a bit ago. Had ideas that I could use scan gauge to check oil pressure but seems I can't do that.
