lack of boost/power, then dpf cleaning, then p2263 and lack of power/boost

Hey guys new to me truck 70000km or 44000miles on it 2008 f350.

On the way to work yesterday ttruck was struggling to make boost and obviously lack of power. Got stuck in stop and go traffic on the hwy and was running late. After I cleared the traffic the dpf cleaning started with a drive to clean exhaust message and then eventually cleaning exhaust filter. I continued as far as I could going slightly out if my way to help clean it as much as i could without being late. I had to cut it short, parked and drive cycle complete message I think it said came on. Let egts cool a bit then shut her down plugged it in and went on to work. 13.5 hrs late finished my shift started her up. Run for a few mins while i unplugged it and put the cord away. Went on my way home. Going down the hwy doing 110km on cruise, engine light cam on about 15 mins into my ride. Lack of boost and power same feeling as the morning. Get home clear the p2263 code and run it around the block all good back to normal or close to it anyways. Let her cool down shut her off plug it in ect. The morning all goes well good power to work shut her down plug it in and off to work. O 13. 5 hrs later half way home lack of power/boost no engine light. Hooked th3 scanner up showing p2263 again but no engine light. So I cleared it on the scanner, reread any codes again still there. Did this 5 times it gone and not comin back, again no engine light. power seemsto be around 80-90% tthere but still not building boost as it should. Temps are around -20 to -30

No leaks, abnormal noises, coolant looks good. Oil slightly over the max, no other codes.

Any thoughts? Think this is due to a plugged dpf still as i didn't get a full cleaning cycle on it.
