egts & overheating

took my 5er up cajon 6% grade 75 degrees out side had to back off
throttle to keep from overheating, next my egts went up to 14000 truck defueled now I am going 30 mph thats embarrasing for a f450 I had a kem
with dpf delete no difference then. MY opinion ford needs to pull there
heads out of there a!!!!ss my dmax had no problems just couldnt stop it
5er wieghts 22000 lbs should be no problem for a f450 488s at 6 mpg

1400 should be okay for a minute or two. I'd get nervous over 1700.
