Noob question...

Hello all, I have a bone stock 08' with 59k and am wondering if this is normal. While cruising over 45-50 when you let off the pedal it takes about 4 sec for the RPMs to drop down. Is this normal? Doesn't seem to do it when it's below 45-50 mph. Just noticed this as I've only had the truck for about 3 weeks now. Thanks guys. Let me know what you think.
