Rattle in passenger rear door

I have this rattle in the passenger rear door. It sounds like it is coming from right where the door lock latch mechanism is. Ive taken everything out of the truck to see if it was tools or something else but it is not. I can not bang on the door and make it do it. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks guys

Great suggestions. I have a door rattle when going over washboard surfaces, that I can't find by slamming the door or thumping when sitting still...
