Sounds like it would be in the gear box? Is the truck modded at all?

I GUESS I BETTER REDEFINE LOOSE IT IS MY ACTUAL STEERING WHEEL THAT FEELS LIKE THE NUT HOLDING IT ON IS MAYBE LOOSE? IT IS NOT LOOSE IN THE PROCESS OF STEERING BUT THE WHEEL HAS AN ACTUAL WOBBLE TO IT I CAN GET A ROCKING MOTION OUT OF IT.

Dude, its an 08, take it to the dealer. warranty is great. beyond that, cant help you much aside from I wouldnt be surprised if there is 'some' play in the steering wheel before something turns.
