HFCM gummed up - Again!

I am getting a frequent waxy build up inside the HFCM. It seems to build up and short the WIF sensor. I'm sure the sensor is being tripped by the wax because when I drain the separator there is no water in the collection. So we take the manifold off and clean the inside. after about 6K mi the WIF indicator comes on even though there is no water inside the separator. Again we find waxy build up. My questions as follows:

i) is it just coincidence that that has happened twice or indicative of a more serious problem in the tank or lines?

ii) should I just repeat this cleaning process a few more times or should I be more aggressive and have the tank and lines cleaned?

thanks for the advice.

You should clean your tank out again, and you should probably find a new place to buy your fuel.
