Truck starts, shuts back off

went out this morning to leave for work and thought I would drive the truck instead of car. truck was plugged in over night, and it's about 30 this am.
Truck starts right up as normal, I go to grab pop from frig and as I walk away after 5-10sec running it shuts off? return to truck wrench light is on... cycle key wrench goes away, truck starts right up like a champ about 5 sec later light comes on and truck shuts off.... can't be late for work so I jump in the car.
besides needing to check for codes any ideas?
has new fuel filter in less 1k miles. Just drained water seperater last week. did have a lot more water than normal. but if it was fuel pump I wouldn't expect it to start so well.

nope, it's only 30 degrees this morning and fuel is well dosed with howes additive, front tank even has a little 911 in it for emergency use, from when it started to jell on me first week of december, when jelled it will stumble first, and then takes time to restart. this is deffinitely computer or something shutting engine down.

Just to follow up computer had 2 stored codes from back when it had jelled, cleared them and starts and runs fine. now I'm changing filters again, completely coated in jelled/snow from water in fuel. must have been really bad fuel I bought, still fighting it 3 tanks later.
