Blew a hole in the bellows. $900

So i had a whistle in my engine compartment and it turns out that my drivers side up pipe bellows has a hole in it. Just over $900 for the dealer to pull the cab and replace. Sound right?

Do you have your egr connected? Was it the up pipe or the egr cross over pipe?

08 F350 cc/sb 4X4
h&s minimaxx, 5" flo pro, 4" down pipe, no limit cold air intake, dirty diesel EGR delete with intake elbow, 6.0 exhaust manifolds, custom up pipes, ported intake manifold, Apex 71mm LP turbo, Rudy's cold side pipe, diesel site coolant and transmission filter, diesel site intercooler boots, ccv mod, bilstein shocks, gogo dd solenoid, HID lights, Airdog II 165, PMF traction bars, PMF drag link, moshimoto aluminum radiator

Egr blocked removed. Was bellows. That price is with fleet discount and all factory parts. Im going to probably spring for an elite up pipe.

Elite up pipes or darkhorse up pipes are a good idea. Reason i was asking is because if it was the cross over pipe you can eliminate that pipe and relocate your ebp sensor. There is a thread on doing this

Im thinking ill go with elite up-pipes, and H-11 studs.....while the cab is off.

You can pull the trans and change those pipes also. Depends on what you like.

I usually pull the cab, since most of the time you need to get the gas-axe in there and heat the living piss out of everything.
