Another DPF question

Hey guys new to the forum. This is kind of an introduction/ need help fast question. I bought my truck last year and it had the dpf deleted. So yesterday I bought the Edge evolution(rash decision). And I'm throwing codes. P2455 the sensor. I don't know what to do because it's constantly in regen is what I heard and read online(new to diesels). I'm looking for the most cost effective way of solving this issue any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Find a real tuner try and find a pre ban h&s unit , spartan or sct offroad dpf delete version , its pricy for these but will solve alot of the tuning issues

I was hoping you wouldn't say that. This might sound like a stupid question, but if I revert it back to stock will it change anything or will it still be in regen because there is no dpf there.
