2007 f350 headlight issue

I'm having an issue with my headlights!
First the low beams stopped working all of a sudden. I tried man handling the switch and got the to work, here and there then not at all.
The other day the day lights just up and quit.
I've replaced the switch, all fuses and bulbs.
The running and high beams work so do the interior lights and instrument.....
HELP!

Headlight relay maybe? Shot in the dark, but since you've replaced the switch, its all I can think of.

What relay? I've looked at the fuse diagram and it doesn't show one....would love it to be that easy!

I am guessing 301 in the Power Distribution Box under the hood. Full ISO Relay DRL#3 (Daytime Running Lamps). Could be 205 or 206 1/2 ISO Relays for DRL#1 and DRL#2, but i'd bet on 301. I'd pull the one from 303 (Blower) as long as you know your blower is functioning correctly, and swap it into 301 and try it.

That fixed the daylights! Is there another for the low beams?

One thing that was a problem, the cover was missing on the box. I wonder if moisture is causing me grief? I have since replaced the cover. Wonder if I should replace all the relays you mentioned.

Again, this is a shot in the dark. Try taking 201 and 202 out, and putting them in 205 and 206.

Your relays probably are corroding, i'd replace every relay in that box, to be totally honest.
