08 F350 shaking badly when driving

I have an 08 F350 today while driving it all of a sudden started shaking like the track bar was shot but no steering wheel wobble. When ever throttle was applied it would start shaking horribly again. Stopped and parked popped hood and the engine was shaking a lot. Knocks a little was thinking injectors are bad and was wondering if anyone knew a scanner that can do a cylinder cut out test. It has banks CAC and cold air intake, sinister diesel EGR delete and intake pipe, MBRP down pipe back DPF and cat delete and a spartan tuner at 275HP boost. Any ideas on the scanner or if it could be something else someone has experienced? Am goin to take the tune out and go to stock and see what happens tomorrow

Nope one tranny code. Did some research maybe in the valve train like bent push tube or broken rocker ?

Can you check your oil level?
Wondering if an injector is stuck open. If so then your oil level will be very high.

Also CTS EDGE sells a monitor only version for around 300 which does monitor each injector but of course other monitors probably have it as well.

I think my SCT 3015 has a monitor app that you can hook up to a laptop.

I forgot to reply to what it ended up being it bent one push tube and broke another one. Put some RCD push tubes in instead of stock.
