New 6.4 Owner having some problems

I just bought the truck and the drain water separator light keeps coming on but there is no water coming out when I drain it. Now it started throwing code P0087. I'd clear it with my mini max and wouldn't come back on until the truck was turned off then id start it and take off then it would come back on. Now I am getting 2 other codes which are P2269 and P2291. The truck has a mini max, stock exhaust with dpf delete, and egr delete. Can someone please help me!!!!

Hope it's just something easy and small to fix! Do you have a mod friendly dealer you can go to and have them diagnose it? I hope it's not your hpfp!

No I am changing the oil and fuel filters tomorrow. I just bought the truck so I have no clue when it was last serviced. Guy siad 2k more miles but not sure how accurate that is.

Hopefully that's all it is- a clogged fuel filter. Drunk on diesel knows his stuff- he's probably your best bet for helpful knowledge with who's replied so far.

When you say you drain the water separator but no water comes out, is there anything coming out (is it clogged)?
