6.4/08 Cranks but no start. Please help

Hello, this is my first post so I will start by saying sorry in case I forget any pertinent info in the beginning. I have a 2008 6.4 that cranks over but won't start. We installed an Air Dog II fuel system, put everything back together and it started fine, heard a knocking sound but nothing drastic. Sat idle for approx 15 minutes, backed out of the shop and then started driving down the road. Went about 100 yards truck acted like it was out of fuel and died. Have not been able to get it started since. Someone please help, this truck has easily cost me over $70,000, it has broken my bank account, my heart and almost my marriage. It has been scanned for codes with the Spartan tuner and a VCM scan tool. No codes are showing up. PCM has been reprogrammed to stock, no change.
The following is a list of parts we have changed since having the problem and a list of things we know to be true:
New parts:
Injector #7 (was stuck open)
All new glow plugs
Glow plug harness
Glow plug module
Cam sensor
Crankshaft sensor
Map sensor
High pressure fuel pump
New rings and fuel lines for injectors

We know:
Batteries are good
Fuel is present throughout the system
Coolant and oil levels are good
When trying to "jump" security system from passenger battery it still wont start.
Using VCM scan tool all systems pass test ie: injector self test, PCM test, TCM test, instrument cluster, etc.
Fuel reset switch on pass side has been checked and flipped multiple times
Fuses and connections have been checked multiple times.

Any ideas at all would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

The first thing that catches my eye is the #7 injector stuck open. That has also lead to cracked pistons. I would say do a relative compression test or if you don't have the devices to do it that way, at least do a manual compression test...especially on that cylinder. Was there a lot of smoke when you heard the "knocking" sound? You may have fuel present in the system, but does it have the 5,000PSI it needs just to start?

There's too many variables to give you any really good advice...

Thank you for the reply!! We have done a compression test and it checked fine. We have coated Elite pistons and have plenty of compression. We have fuel rail pressure that builds to over 6,000 instantly. Noticed something new last night. While cranking with the key and a wire tester on the injector wire it doesn't appear to be getting signal, while testing the same wires while "jumping" the tester lights up like a christmas tree. It still doesn't start but signal is clearly present that way. When you hook the battery back up, cycle the key off then try to restart back to no signal. Thanks again for the reply

You said you installed a new ECM??? Did you program the PATS? When you're cranking the engine does the security light flash or stay on steady?

I'm not following what you are "jumping"...

What's your cranking fuel rail pressure? RPM signal? What does the SYNC pid read?
