Hesitation in 4th to 5th gear

I installed my sct livewire and my delete pipe yesterday. Today I was doing about 10mph and stomped the gas it started shifting great 2, 3, 4 and around 4th to 5th it was like it was jumping in and out of gear... Stopped the truck and took off easy to go through the gears and never felt it again. Now im worried im going to break it with the programmer.

I think its probably the trans learning. Mine will do that (yea, I know its a 6 liter..) right after I swap tunes on my truck. Feels awful, but almost always goes away after the frist day of driving.
