'08 Fuel Tank Mount Recall

I just got my recall in the mail yesterday. So it's off to the dealer to get it repaired. Does anyone know if they have to drop the tank to get this done?

Does anyone know what they actually do for this one? I've got an OUO center bearing drop bracket that I don't want messed with, thats right next to the forward most tank strap.
