Need help identifying rear differential for parts ordering

Hello I'm looking for some help on identifiying what rear differential is on my truck. I just received my truck back from my mechanic after my front pinion bearing decided to fall apart and take the seal out with it.
Anyway the truck was fine for exactly 2 days now it sounds like a turbine going down the highway, I stopped and got out the the front of the rear differential was pretty hot. Against my better judgment I only had him replace the front pinion bearing and seal. I am assuming now the rear bearing is shot.
So I am needing help to figure out which rear end I have,
The tag on the pumpkin says V479A 55 10.5 0A03

I am trying to get a complete bearing kit ordered tonight & overnighted to my mechanic as parts around here tend to take a few days to show up.

Any help would be appreciated also if anyone has a link to the correct kit that would be great.
