DPF delete throwing codes

sct delete pipe, sct race tune for delete pipe, throwing code p2452, has to do with dpf

most likely the sensor, the sensor came out of the dpf easy, and undammaged i would assume, is this a common code with a dpf delete from sct?? because its going to get rather annoying to clear them all the time.

well we found that the pressure differential tube sensor had worked its way off from vibration, that was causing the 2452, but now i have 2463 and 246c and truck has reduced power, if i can't figure this out gotta put the dpf back on and put it back to stock.

i'm thinking the tune from sct doesn't actually support the pipe, or its wanting to regen now and it can't. I'm going to call SCT in the morning and see if we can get it fixed, but probably end up putting the DPF back on for now sucks, it was running so good too

well we made some progress, working with xdp and sct they have concluded that the pcm is the newest ford offers, and that the current tunes will throw these codes and CEL's but won't actually let the truck go into cripple mode. the next update is supposed to work with this strategy. we slapped the truck back together and reflashed it, put about 20 miles on so far if power is reducing then its going to be one scary monster when it comes out of it

the whole deal has me so flustered i'm just going to drive it till it blows up or shuts down at this point, it appears to be the correct diagnosis though, will report back if it turns out to be false.

btw for people getting a brand new one, if it hasn't been on the lot for very long, you should probably check your strategy code with SCT before trying this.... could save your knuckles a lot of skin and your blood pressure too

i wouldnt worry too much. my truck had the same issue basicly. i did the sct dpf delete with livewire and it gave me a cel and the wrench icon. after a week they gave me a new tune which cleared all that. the original tune felt great in all power levels and tranny levels. now it has great power still but the tranny makes a weird scrubbing noise on upshifts if im not using the updated tranny tune they added to my livewire. on the high tune with the new tranny tune they give all is good. when i change to a lower tune with stock shift or race shift it makes this sound. they are working on these new engine files.
