6.4 blend door or???? I NEED AC

Hey guys having a little trouble out if my vents in my work truck,It's a 08 f250 Lariat with automatic ac/heat controls. What it does is when I start the truck for the first time of the day the vents blow fine no matter the blower speed but as I'm driving I can feel the vents starting to shut off as the cab temp starts to ride then it just goes all the way off like I've turned the blower off but it's actually running wide open.. The blower is blowing very hard so it's not the blower motor. It's like it's not making to from the blower to my vents after a few mins of driving. When it stops working I can turn them on and off as many times as I want and still no more vent air.. Does this sound like an actuator? Maybe the vaccum pump? How much vaccum does the vac pump suppose to put outa? The vac pump seems to be a little louder than usual? Thanks
