Turbo going out?

I have a 2008 6.4 that I've owned for maybe 3 weeks. Well I started to notice a squeal in the mornings, only when the turbo spooled. Well lately it will still squeal but there's also a loud wooshing sound. Sounds like the fan, but doesn't change sounds even the truck shifts or anything. The more boost, the list the wooshing. I'd this my turbo going out? Wheel? Exhaust brake? What's going on. I'm fixing to get rid of the egr and dpf/cat. Could it be related to the egr? I'm new to 6.4 so I'm totally clueless.

Finding a noise by text is hard to do..... could be fan clutch, either Turbo, etc. Use a stethoscope or a 3/8 ratchet extension to try and pinpoint the sound

I found it as a leak in the exhaust manifold. Fixed it. Then the other blew off.

Sounds like cracked up pipe or manifold. I broke two bolts on passenger side manifold and it sounded like that. Maybe three bolts would allow enough air not to squeal at first. Thoroughly check the whole exhaust system
