Screech at low speed and heavy foot

I have an 09 auto with 106,500 miles, dpf delete afe stage two intake. When I mash on it at lower speeds I get a screech coming from between the radio and air vent in front of the dash. It is not there when I am hooked to my box trailer. I run the 300hd tune/no power when I tow. When I am not towing, I run the 300 hd hot tune and that is when I get the noise. Had the cab off and replaced gaskets on up pipes at 99,000 miles. Any ideas?

Probably sucked in a mouse and when you have the hot tune on, its butt gets burned...

I'd suspect that or one/both of your turbos are crapping out.

That's not good. When it put my intake on there was no oil in the intake tube, and no end play, egt are not out of control, makes good boost and good power. It only does it when it is cold. No sounds when I shut her off. There is no smoke

Does it do it only while driving? Does it do it when you rev the engine in the driveway? Describing a noise to someone without a video is difficult to diagnose.could be something else?

Yes it will do it when you rev it in the drive way. Only when it is cold. Not cold outside but cold for a motor. How do you post a video?
