Exclamation I NEED HELP WITH MY 08!!!

I have a 2008 F250 with the 6.4 and I am averaging 10.4-10.5 MPG?!?!
This truck is STOCK and is a "daily driver". Only has 50,000 miles on it!
What can I check, fix, upgrade? Would a tune, or any other mods help? If so what is the best bet for the money?

THANK YOU!!!!

Well your gas mileage really depends on the type of driving. If you are doing a lot of city driving or have a heavy foot you are not going to get good fuel mileage with a tuner or not. I have H&S mini, diamond eye 5" dp back, and intake and my highway mileage is 23-24 hand calculated. But I also drive 80 miles on a daily basis that is just highway. If i am in the city and decide to play around with the truck it will drop down to about 12-14.
Dont get me wrong though. A tuner is great and i noticed a huge performance gain and fuel economy gain. the only downfall is that it will void your warranty with ford. if you are at 50k miles I would wait.

Read this forum. There's like two-three posts asking this same thing every week.

Tuner and DPF and EGR delete will help a bit, but honestly I am pretty heavy footed and I only saw about 1 to 2 mpg increase. But extending the life of my motor is what really made it worth it to me. Ohh and all the powa!!!
