Does anyone have an audio clip of it? Does it sound like an exhaust leak? I'm not saying it is one, but im curious if that is a good way to describe the sound.

If you are talking about the cackle, then yes. I actually got it from this forum. I don't know if it will let me post it up, if it doesn't, PM me your email and I will email it to you.

no, not the cackle. The 08's(alot of them) are expierencing a tick from the motor. some say it sounds like a lifter, some valve tick, others can't explain it. But im curious if anyone has a sound bite, some i can compare it to the noise my truck is making.
