08 6.4 lousy milege help please with h&s

Hello, I am getting horrible mileage right now and I would like some advise please
Truck : 08 job 1 65000 miles
dpf and cat delete with duals and no muffler
295 75 trail grapplers on stock rims
S&b intake
H&s on hd 300 s2m Lbf @ 0
I'm getting 12 mpg and I drive like there is a egg between my foot
Just changed fuel filters they were very dirty but still no better mileage
Also running t6 rotella oil
I tried many tunes on the mini max and still same
Also was using xdp fuel additive now trying fords still same results
All hand calculated and the dash is not far off all in town stopping and starting driving
Any help is greatly appreciated thank you

12mpg around town is fairly reasonable. MT tires kill mileage.

stop and go traffic is going to be lousy. Its lousy on all vehicles unless you have a hybrid that switches over to battery power. THese trucks are big may want to go shopping in a prius! just kidding!

Nope

This is a pic barely taken. Of course its not getting 14, but around 12mpg. The range on that truck was 193miles with the 35's. That truck now gets around 296miles per tank
