A few questions/issues

I have a 2008 6.4. Just done the down pipe back 5 inch dpf delete exhaust. SCT x3 tuner running the canned street tune until my rcd 450 tune arrives. Anytime I go full throttle and full boost it goes into reduced engine power and throws a over boost code. Clear the dtc and its fine til I tromp it again. Also around 1800-1900 rpm it has like a miss or a surge in it but only when the tune is on it and I also have been getting a cylinder 5 combustion balance code as well but the truck runs fine. It has 162,200 miles on it never had any trouble out of it. Any suggestions??
