No power steering and brakes

Went out to start my 2010 f350 this morning. turned the key n waited for the glow plug light to go out. started the truck and went to pull her out of the garage and it had no power steering and no power brakes. popped the hood and everything looks fine. shut her off and restarted it and all was fine. does anyone have any idea? truck has 53000 trouble free miles on her.

On a side note i spotted a small antifreeze leak right under the front of the motor.

I have no ESP. would this all be covered under the powertrain warranty?

Help

Thanks

Update. the brake and steering has not happened again but the truck is smoking about every 25-50 miles. its going into Willowbrook Ford Monday morning. it looks like there is oil in the antifreeze. WTF

Sounds like the oil cooler ruptured. Keep us posted.

Dealer says the lower radiator hose is bad. $490+ for them to do it. WAFJ I found the hose for $60 online. dealer says 3 hours to change it. anybody done one before? gonna do it when the weather breaks. they say no oil in the coolant or vise versa...
