Calling all Ford Techs!

I'm in need of some insight from someone that knows these trucks well...mainly the 6.4 but any super duty knowledge will suffice. As you probably know by now...my truck has had issues. If you want...please read on...as I'm at a loss and my dealership hasn't figured it out yet after a week and a half and a misdiagnosed transfer case.

It's got a mysterious grind/vibration that you can feel in the pedal and floorboard and also hear.

Here's the conditions:
Deceleration in 4th or 5th gear
Constant grind/vibe at 65-80 mph
Gets worse in 4x4 High
At cruising speed, can be manipulated/repeated between 1000 & 1500rpm

Here's what's been done/ruled out by the tech & how:

Replaced Transfer Case...thought it was the root cause because the condition worsened in 4-high.

Rear axle and differential looked fine

"Chassis Ears" tracked the sound down to somewhere in the transmission, yet while monitored via scan tool, the transmission AND torque converter are working as they should.

The tech said it isn't hubs...because the sound isnt a bad hub sound, and if it was, it would be constant at all speeds and would change when turning corners

Truck is throwing no codes

Turbo is boosting as it should

Here's the update I got today...(day 9 for this visit...day 13 total):

The root cause still hasn't been located, and the truck will be driven again with chassis ears to track down the sound. The tech is going to be listening for a loose motor mount.

That's all the information I've gotten so far...the truck is a 2008 F250 FX4 Extended Cab 6.4L with 59,640 miles...I first complained about this issue back in October, which the tech then did a 99 point inspection and found nothing. It got worse in February, and I took it back...and it's been there every since.

Sorry for the long post...but I'm almost desperate at this point to find out what the problem is!!! Every day I don't have my rig is costing me money, between paying for a rental car out of pocket, and having to borrow vehicles from friends. At what point is Ford going to give up? And if they do...what will happen after that? I know its out of the "lemon law" realm...but they can't just tell me "we dont know what it is...here's your truck" can they?

ANY help is greatly appreciated...thanks guys.
