WTF

Did my EGR deletes today, drained the coolant and refilled accordingly......and now my water pump is making noise! Installed the 310 "and now I'm back on the 210" tune for 2 day "DIDNT" beat the carp out of it only a few dyno pulls and some highway pulls and now my trans is making this whinning noise that changes in pitch with the RPM's and shifting! Seems to do it worst from 1st. to 3rd.. Fluid was about half a quart shy but that wouldn't cause a problem. Anyone else have these issues?
