Trans defuel after relearn.

Spartan 275 tune.

Did as much of the relearn as possible(I live in a very populated part of Washington with almost no open roads) which was the 2nd pull to 55-60mph at 40-50% throttle. Did that yesterday. Today, the first chance I got to give it about 50% throttle, the tranny defueled on me.

Is that because I didn't finish the relearn or is there something else going on?

Like maybe something isn't keeping the data between starts or something. Also, my check engine light comes on every time I start/drive it, no matter how often I clear the codes. The codes are P1000(to be expected) and P132B.
