EGR delete.. Snapped a bolt in the timing cover
Yep i snapped a bolt that holds the lower cooler plug.. Sweet.. And its the hardest hole to try and use an easy out..
What about TIG welding the plug on? Anyone in DFW here want to lend a hand? I'm up in Allen..

Try welding a nut or a bolt to the piece you busted off in the cover, see if you can wind it out.
Did you cross-thread it or just over tighten it and break it? Is there any of the bolt hanging out of the cover at all?
