wow getting screwed by someone dealer or ford

ok took my truck in for the radiator leak and the dealer calls me saying that it would be covered ect. they take a week ordering all the parts they break the truck down then I get a call today and say or its not covered only the 6.0 are covered so i give them the TSB's ect. and they still say No not covered. WTF how do you start the work and switch up mid stroke.

then say we will do the labor free if I pay 1000 for the parts, this seems suspect?

That is the dealers problem, not yours. If they said it was covered and tore it down, it's their problem and they foot the bill. If they won't, I would report them to ford.

It's been updated several times.

11-12-4 is the current TSB, and it CLEARLY states causal numbers, and they are covered to different mileages.
