won't start

i have an 08 f250 and we had a bad rain last night and for some reason my fuse box got wet and now when i go to turn the key the only thing that happens is the airbag guy pops up on my warning cluster. there was a clicking sound ccoming from fuse box but since ive had a fan on it all morning that has gone away. any ideas

When you turn the key to the on position do you hear any noise in the engine compartment? Check your batteries, terminals and alternator
