Truck vibrating from a stop

My truck has a slight vibration off of a stop around 5-10 mph and then goes away. I feel it in the steering wheel and the floor boards. Almost feels like a mud tires tread but it doesn't do it slowing down. My local shop said its from my H&S locking my tq converter. But in 1st gear though? I though it only locks in 4 and 5? They serviced my tranny and said its not my tranny acting up. Any suggestions?

Could it be the carrier bearing?

mine did this after I installed the 2.5" leveling kit. I got the carrier bearing installed and no more vibration. I could also feel a slight vibration when it switched to second gear.... but nothing like I felt starting off.

I had a spacer installed after I put the 3.5" level on. However, I forgot about it when I I stalled my newton traction bars. I talked to newton and he said they faction pinion angle into their blocks and I should try taking the spacer out. I did and almost zero problems. :/ thanks guys

glad you got it fixed.. I installed the Newton traction bars and block and ended up having the vibration.. Jason sent me a set of spacers and now I have no problems. It just proves how different trucks react to the same mods...
