Give me the GREASE!

Shouldn't there be more than just my front 2 UV joints that need to be greased w/ a grease gun? Everything I have looked at are all sealed joints.....ball joints and UV joints on EVERYTHING. I know have this grinding metal to metal sound after i took it mudding the other day. It's happened once before but went away after I power washed the chaise. Oh It's an 08 F250 4X4

Yep. Sealed stock.

Checked for anything between the pads and rotors?

All checked and clear. I'm just hoping it's not a bearing. On the outside of the spindle on the front....I have a seal on each side "front left and front right" that is broken. It's Is there anything inside that spindle like bearings? or is it just sealed further down?
