P0101 What caused it?

I did a DPF delete, HS Tuner, and Air intake one weekend. It didn't throw any error codes for two or three weeks. Then one day "P0101 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range / Performance" pops up. Any one know what causes this or what i should be looking for? Truck still runs fin, i have cleared codes, retuned the truck and it still comes back. I also noticed that my air intake temp on the tuner will sometimes read zero and then a little while later it will read a temp.
Any help or thoughts guys?

Well guys after messing around for a week this is what i came up with. I watched a couple videos on you tube and read around a couple sights. I suspected a dirty MAF. I bought some MAF cleaner from and pulled the sensor and gave her a good spraying. Put it back in and still trowing a code. I read how the slightest bit of grime or oil (sometimes from a wet filter) can cause these things to not function correctly. So if you look at the attached pics you can see how the little bit of corrosion on my old sensor was causing this. I bought a new sensor about $250.00 and no more code. Hopefully this helps some of you out.
