Fan noise after turning engine off..........?
I have a 2010 SWCC that has been deleted, Spartan tuned and S&B CAI.....for the past few weeks, every time I shut the engine down, I hear something winding down to a slow stop...not sure if it's the fan, the turbo or what? Any ideas what I'm hearing and if it's a problem?

The turbo. It takes a while to slow down after going a few thousand rpm

Does your truck have plow prep ? Might just be the fan slowing down, mine does it in the winters.

no plow prep....perhaps it is the turbos. I wonder why I never heard it before?

seems like the winding down noise is getting worse. Anyone else know whats going on and should I be worried if this is the turbo spooling down? How can I tell if it is jus the turbo?

Mines does it too, it is your turbos spooling down. You probably didnt start to hear it until you did all the MODs to your truck. Open things up a bit and you can hear them more. The noise is much louder when i park in the garage.
