Code p0404 after dpf reinstallation

I put it back on today and p0404 has come up twice if the egr is stuck open is it ok to run still? If I take it back to the dealer for warranty work do you think they will hassle me? Clearly you can tell I was deleted my dpf got a little rusty in spots and the bolt heads look like they have been on and off? It's the only code that has came up but it came on after 10 mins of driving
Thanks guys

Same issue. I ran the mini max and dpf delete for about 9 months on the 275 tune. Yesterday, I put the dpf back on and and returned the truck to oem tune. Now I am throwing a code p0404. Is it OK to drive? If the truck has less then 100k on it, will ford fix it under warranty?

Take it in and say the check engine lamp is on.

Driving with the egr hung open is going to suck.

Take the egr off and clean out the coke real good with carb cleaner, scrapers, screwdrivers, brushes. It is probably totally seized with baked rock hard coke, at least mine was. I had to remove the entire housing b/c the valve wouldn't come out and I didn't want to break it.
