Code p0404 after dpf reinstallation

I put it back on today and p0404 has come up twice if the egr is stuck open is it ok to run still? If I take it back to the dealer for warranty work do you think they will hassle me? Clearly you can tell I was deleted my dpf got a little rusty in spots and the bolt heads look like they have been on and off? It's the only code that has came up but it came on after 10 mins of driving

Need help guys how urgent of an issue is this should I tow the truck to the dealer tomorrow? It still drives fine just real slow and only boosts to 28psi
