Truck shakes while reving just below 1000rpm

Hey when my trucks in park or drive for that matter with the brake on (while in drive) the truck shakes like a rough ide but goes away within 100rpm above or below its about 850rpm that it does this... just hope its possibly a bad injector and now a crank bearing or something

Another thing I noticed is something under the hood kinda makes a surging noise I want to call it.. like a ringing noise not sure what that is and its only sometimes when I left off the gas below 60km h till I get to almost a stop but doesnt do it while accelerating just when I left off the gas

Its a 2008 f350 204 000km on it no deletes yet. Just replaced front rad due to it cracking hope thats not signs of things ready to fail... getting egr delete dpf delete in the next month but I worry headgaskets might go it doesnt burn anti freeze though seen a little pukage before like very little I got the truck cheap due to the rad leak but almost too cheap I get the "worries" constantly driving with the radio off like I'm trying to find something LOL

Well changed my lower fuel filter and it cleared it all up

Good thing it turned out to be a cheap fix. How long have you been going in between fuel filter changes?

On my 6.0 I went maybe 20-25 000km I just bought this truck a week ago so I don't know when it was last done top one was pretty clean but I just changed them both so I can keep track

The fuel systems are pretty sensitive on these. Most guys go on average 10,000 to 20,000 kms between changes.
