Cruise Control Doesn't Work

I have read on here it could be the brake switch. Anyone have a good source besides the dealer for one of these?

How difficult to replace?

Location??? I know by the MC, anyone have a pic of one?

I just replaced my brake pressure switch took ten minutes maybe. It's the front one on the master cylinder cost me 42 at the dealer. The other brake switch is on the brake pedal itself and from my understanding your brake lights won't work correctly.

Did you have to bleed the brakes or anything like that to replace the pressure switch?

Bleeding the brakes is not required, you will only lose a drop or two of fluid.

Is this a tuning issue with the H&S or something else? Mine does not work, or will work sometimes. It started after I did the update back in May.

Mine wasnt working off and on about a year ago. It ended up being a dirty/bad clock spring. The mechanic fixed it and I havent had an issue since then.

Yes sir it is. Take it all apart and and use some light compressed air to blow any dust or dirt out of the area. Put it back together, if it works again then it was dirty, if not then it is probably bad, or it could be one of the other issues listed above.

And I know what you mean about driving you crazy. Mine stopped working coming back from work, on a 800 mile road trip with a trailer. Your foot and leg gets really tired trying to hold speed for 600 of those miles.
