Problem with electrical

I have an 08 F350 with the 6.4. I have been having electrical issues and a no start condition. I got stranded at Walmart and my truck has been at Ford ever since, they are not sure what is going on. I had a lady walk up to me in the parking lot and tell me everything that my truck was doing and then told me there was a lawsuit on it for some kind of switch. Of course I can not find any info about it, I know other people have had this same problem. It has had new batteries and a new alternator. I am hopefully attaching the youtube video to this post, to hopefully show you what it is doing. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I dont know if you have had any luck yet? But i have had issues kind of related with the trailer wiring fault. My dealership replaced the harness running from the trailer light and brake hookup all along the frame to the engine compartment. Said it had gotten water in it and corroded causing a short and causing the fault. My problems went away and warranty covered it. Hope that helps. Please reply with what you find.
