First truck pull, p0269?

Did my first 2 hooks tonight. Truck did great, 2nd pull she stalled at the end. Took her off the track, ran the diagnostics on my mini maxx, showed a vehicle speed sensor code and a p0269 ( cylinder 3 contribibtion/distribution) code. Can anyone help me as a semi new diesel guy, what does this really mean? What should I do and look for? I cleared the codes and drove home and ran the diagnostics again and I threw the same p0269 just driving normal home. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

It may be a bad injector which in many cases it is just that, but on the bad side it means low compression and the worst a melted piston, good luck

Bump! And an interesting update, after clearing codes I have taken her out a few times today and given it a little hell. No codes.... I it possible thy the stall at the end of my pull threw some back pressure and maybe threw some junk into the injector? An maybe it cleared it out in its own?
