Lack of power and weird idle with A/C on?

Howdy guys, I have a 08 not sure what JOB that I have some questions about for you.
I did a full delete, CAT/DPF/EGR's and have a Spartan with a Volant Air Intake the truck would run with lots of power with the 275 and 300 tune but due to transmission slamming I downgraded it to the 210 and it feels like I'm pulling 100000 pounds of weight.
The other thing that does is that with the A/C running the engine every couple of minutes maybe less does like a shiver or like it gets some load on it.
I was thinking it could be the A/C compressor going on and off but is way more noticeable than that.
What you gentleman's think about this?

Sorry I have no answer for you but I would like too know also ... Cause mine does the same thing
