Idle issue

I have a 2008 king ranch 4x4 with 134000 miles on it. I have an h&s mini max on it with hot damn tune down loaded( I never run it on this tune). The dpf has been removed and egr was deleted with chip. No motor work has ever been done except replacement of the radiator and alternator. Recently I started having a funny idle when the truck gets hot or has been ran for awhile. I can't figure out what is going on. I don't think it is an injector bc it never does it cold and the truck has never hesitated to start. When the motor gets hot it occasionally idles funny but not all the time. It will bounce up a hundred rpms or so then bounce down a couple hundred rpms or so. It almost sounds like I have a lope tune downloaded. ( this funny idle started about 2000 miles ago)I have no clue what it could be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Update your tuner and download the latest firmware. If its tuning, it may clear up. I've seen a 6.4 dpf present with a bullydog tuner on it that made it high idle to the point the exhaust has was so hot, it would burn your leg merely walking by combined with an almost grinding noise from the turbos.
