Yesterday my truck would not turn over. Its a 2008 f250 xlt 65000 miles. I tried to start it but got nothing all dash lights worked after a few minutes of turning key back and forth it tunred over and started also the windshield wipers would not come on. After the truck started i drove a few miles shut it off it started right back up a few times and the wipers started working again. Any ideas what this was all about it, I have owned this truck a week now and am a little concerned.

Alternator maybe? My alternator went on my 6.0 and the truck did wierd things like that for about a week then it wouldn't start at all. Replaced the alternator and problem solved

No I don't think is a charging issue it's not a low or dead battery it just was like the starter wears not getting power but everything else was then it just started and the wiper thing was really strange

Low voltage will do that kind of stuff. Might be a battery/alternator issue. Not a bad idea to at least have the batteries checked.
